About Me

My name is Kyle Forrester and I have been fundraising full-time since June 2015. After graduating from the Ohio State University with a degree in Business Marketing and a minor in Nonprofit Studies, I began working in the annual fund at Boys & Girls Clubs of Central Ohio. I went on to support and lead annual giving at the Columbus Zoo and Aquarium before transitioning to the Major Gifts world at Otterbein University.

This blog serves as a portfolio of my professional reading and development. As I explore and make connections on contemporary fundraising trends, I hope to build an archive of knowledge that will substantiate my understanding of a wide variety of subjects related to nonprofits and philanthropy.
